As a Clinical Counselor for more than 25 years, I’ve had the honor of listening to many life stories. What I’ve noted is we connect with each other through our emotional life. Although the stories are different, they all share common themes of joy, loss, grief sadness, anger, pain, sorrow, anxiety and fear.

My goal is to help you see how adaptable you are and to focus on your capacity for resilience. As I listen intently, I will help you connect the dots that have created your current situation. Then, I can help you with a new perspective and ways for you to move forward with a set of coping skills and solutions.

I believe in offering you a place where you can feel comfortable and safe to find the insights for which you have been searching. Through a variety of techniques and an empathic and supportive space, I feel confident you will find your strength through healthier self-esteem and acceptance of who you are as your most authentic self.
